The Day Before I Leave......^_^

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!FINALLY!!!!!!!!...getting ready to fly tomorrow! ^_^ can't believe in only less than 11 hours i'll be on the plane to Shanghai! and i can't believe i haven't packed yet!?! YIKES!!! -_-'' haha
oh wells i do know that i will later on tonight after i go and have dinner with my godparents and godsister.

So how's everyone's Christmas? good presents? had fun? party all night? Me? i stayed with my aunt and grandma playing 12 rounds of MJ until 2am in the morning! well that was Christmas Eve to Christmas Day, which i went out yet again to have dinner with relatives who had come from Canada.

Yesterday, i went to my nephews house to celebrate his third b-day! ^_^ so cute and smart now! i have to put up a pic of him...he's so cute! ^_^


isn't he adorable! ^_^...well i probably can't put up a post of the first day of my trip cause of the internet connections and i'll probably get to shanghai at night where they won't have internet connections for me till probably a few days later...so instead i'll just type up a little itinery of what should happen for the next few days....

find seat and FLYYY!!!! ^_^

around 7:00pm - arrive at Beijing airport
wait two hours
around 9:00pm - get on connecting flight
around 10:00pm - arrive in Shanghai Hong Qiao Airport
around 11:00pm - arrive in Shanghai University dormitories
and sleep

don't know when i need to wake for orientation and everything....
don't know what to do until otherwise instructed...^_^

and then the next few days should be settling in and finding out about Shanghai! ^_^ and hopefully by then i'll have internet connection! ^_^

My b-day.....^_^

well i guess my b-day this year wasn't that bad...i had all the fun i can think of without using as much money...thanx to jolie for my wonderful hoodie and t-shirt! thanx to nina for the brown paper bad that has a inedible bun inside! haha~ thanx to jolie, warner, and nina for the wonderful brunch/dinner meal! love the fact that we ate at that time and it was like if we were at ihops...thanx to nina for coming to karaoke with me...we should do it more often! ^_^

and last but not least thanx to my wonderful sister....she spent so much on my b-day dinner even tho it's split between u and auntie! ^_~...and thanx for all the b-day wishes that day like at every hour! haha...just sth i would like to share even tho i forgot to post on my b-day!

and the only thing i regret this b-day was that i didn't get to have one picture as a memory! '-_-'''

times has gone by...^_^

wow...haven't updated in a while...
i think since kayee came back i haven't been able to update or even bother to check anymore..

just so many things are happening at once...i'm taking an online course so i have like homework that's due about every week...then i have like briefs that are due for class after each case we go over...2 art projects that i'm way behind...case studies that are due by the end of each month...and finally trying to have the best detail notes for stat class is like not having the book at all...-_-''

lets just say that ever since school started...i haven't been up to speed or haven't even want to do anything....i've been procrastinating since...and i noe it's bad and all but i just can't help it...ARGHHH!!!!!!

plus alot has been going on with my life besides school...had this big drama thing with my grandma...started when we went to Canada...it was labor day weekend so my family decide to take a tour bus to Canada and just visit some relatives....

:sigh: life has been hectic and now i'm starting to realize if i had made the right decision in the first place...i dun noe...very frustrated whenever i think about it...but i will stick with my decision...cause i noe i had a reason and i noe that no matter what, this is the path that i chose...^_^

alrite i feel much better just letting that all out...i didn't even have time to talk to other people cause either they're busy or i'm busy...oh wells..i guess that's what this blog is about...right?? ^_^

look work doesn't go that way...it doesn't matter if you get paid more or pay less....cause if the amount you get means how much work you have to do then basically alot of people would be bosses now instead of being just little people under those supervisors who don't work at all...that's the work everybody's under...

so lets just say that work was okay today compare to other days...
since it's thrusday i play games with my classes to get them out of the boring old work then check then work again phase...and it works...so last week we played math jeparody and so i didn't want to play jeparody again and thought what about 'who wants to be a millionaire' math game...and so yesterday i stayed up trying to make up questions for the game...was it hard....-_-''' i thought my brain would die from thinking too much!
so we played and i gave out dounts afterwards cuz there was a sale on donuts the other day and i thought why not give this out during class after the game...and the special prize for winning the other teams was having a few munchkins from the box that i had brought that morning...the other box of donuts was brought from pathmark which was on sunday and of course i put it in the refridgerator to make it cold, by the time i brought it to tag, the donuts were soggy...sigh.. too bad for the kids....
neways since kayee isn't here right now i'm in charge of the kids summer reading homework...guess wut i dun even know what the homework is about and miki was saying how the responsibilities of the work is mine now since kayee isn't here! i was like WUT!!!! in my mind...okay for those of you who dun noe this is what i have to do everyday for four days a week from 9am - 5pm...so at 9am-11am i teach the 6/7 grade math class...then from 11:15am - 1pm i teach the four grade math class...then i should have half an hour break for lunch but guess wut i only get 10 - 15 mins cuz the other time is use to control the kids in the hallway and make sure everybody is fed...okay so from 1:30pm-3pm i teach the 3rd grade math class...<- best class and the only ones who listens to me....^_^....then from 3pm-5pm i have to stay in one of the rooms and tutor the specific kids my employer gives me...so i have three 8th graders, around six to seven 6/7 graders, one 4th grader, and one esl 8th grader, in addition to all those that barges into my room and ask me for help.....
so as i was saying...how am i suppose to take care of the kids that have summer skool homework from regular skool and take care of the work from tag? btw i have to grade the 3,4, and 6/7 math homework everyday as well and make answer keys for all the homework and classwork they are given......ARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!............my head is going to explode!
well at least some people do help me!...^_^....:ahem: yes i'm talking about you gina.....hahaha
i got more to complain but i dink thats enough for today....now i got to work on my household chores that i have been pushing back since kayee left for england...haha...yep procrastinator is one of my best traits...^_^..alrite got to go...comment if anything!

My first flat since driving!

here's what happened...on Friday July 24, 2009

first i went to ikea with my coworker/friend to buy stuff for their new apartment....
then i drove her back to her new apartment building....
that was from about 10:30am - 2:30pm around that time...( we took 3 hours in ikea! ^_^)
so i was going to go and buy something to drink since i haven't had breakfast and lunch...
i went to buy bubble tea from this place called 168 tea place or sth like that on main st. in flushing..
next thing you know somebody knocks on my window while i was planning to leave...i thought i was in trouble and just went away from my parking space....so i was curious to what that person was pointing to before and stopped the van near the side of the road right after i turned from main st....i got out of the car and went to see if thier was something on the side of the van or not..nothing!
so i was driving local until i stopped at a red light near Kohls (the one in fresh meadows) and somebody got off their and knock on my window and i opened the door and he told me that i had a flat tire....i stopped the car again in front of the movie theatre and looked...there it was the flat tire everybody was trying to tell me
at that time i started to panic and didn't know what to do...i was thinking for 5 mins..then i said to myself i should just drive back home and let my mom check it out...so i went back into my car and started to drive slowly with the hertz sign on towards home...right at francis lewis prep..my mom called me and i told her that i was driving home with a flat tire on the speaker...
my mom was yelling at me to stop the car immediately before the tire blows up! i was already panicking and now my mom was scaring me with this blow up tire thing
anyways i stopped the van on bell blvd in between horace harding and 58ave. and called my uncle like my mom asked me to....
omg...thank him for coming on his day off to help me! ^_^

my sister had emailed me saying that she got to England safe and sound. thank god for that.
She's staying in London for three weeks as a study aboard programee for forensic science.

very lucky! but oh wells, got to work and all. she also send me a link for which she has started to blog her everyday activities....haha finally has her own blog. my mom was bugging me how she didn't reply when she got there and we found out that she had to wait in the airport for 5 hours before she was to be picked up! ^_^ i was laughing wen i heard that....

i miss her rite now cause there's no one to bother out here in chinatown! haha nina and them went out, kawing is at home, the rascal went out to bowling before, and tai yee is nowhere to be found! (haha kidding she went out to buy stuff)

this is just great...work tomorrow...i wonder what will happen is i suddenly tell my boss that i'm going on vacation next week and won't be back until the week after... she's going to be so mad...

haven't update in a while...half the year i say...onli updating cause my sister is using the blog to post stuff....oh wells....update more later on...

hahaha...actually i'm contradicting myself for having to say that i got nothing to do. well i got alot of things to do but just don't want to do it.
ceramics, chores, practicing music, homework, and of course watching all my dramas

:sigh: at least i can look forward to this week's activities

probably family dinner on friday, then a dinner on saturday!!! hope everything goes well !!

i got a reunion dinner with three of my friends that i haven't seen in a while, and by a while i mean around a year and a half
